Tackling Crypto Crime: 2023 Survey of Law Enforcement

Crime involving cryptocurrency is fast becoming a core focus of law enforcement activity. TRM asked over 300 law enforcement professionals about their experiences of fighting crypto crime in 2023.

The good news is that law enforcement agencies are making unprecedented investments in training and tools. Over 60 percent of crypto investigations conducted by respondents' organizations led to some positive outcome. But there's still more progress to be made.
