Protecting Our Nation's Children | USSS & NCMEC

Did you know April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month? Since 1997, the U.S. Secret Service has partnered with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) to support their mission related to missing and exploited children, resulting in the recovery of more than 334,000 children.

Each year, Special Agents take programs to schools and communities around the country and empower children to make safer choices.
