Developing and Engaging the Workforce with FMA

With sessions ranging from teaching the skills managers need to create an inclusive environment and productive workforce, to specific ways in which hiring managers can use a variety of resources to recruit and ensure diverse and quality hires, this year’s theme centers on training federal leaders to better develop and engage the workforce overall.
